Staff were all great - professional, helpful and prompt. The breakfasts were pretty much standard for Prague hotels. There was day to day variations in the hot cooked items, which was nice. Rooms were very clean and tidy. My only concern it the proximity to the west end of Charles Bridge. On the weekend, the noise from the crowd would make opening the windows a problem. Our room faced the street. Perhaps rooms on the court-side would not have this issue. In spite of this, I would be very happy to stay there again. The location cut down the amount of walking that I usually do in the city.

The hotel is an excellent place to stay. The whole area is clean, tidy and carries perfect temperatures dependant on the local weather. The rooms are pefect new,clean and looked after daily by room staff. The welcom from the reception staff was brilliant and and had answers for all questions as well as further ideas of things to do. And finally the local breakfast was excellent with a variety of all elements that seemed to please all other visitors as well as us. Many thanks to the 'Bishop House Hotel'
