Excellent check in by the girl on night shift. Room was spacious but it was too hot and no opening window in the room. Ac was poor. No fans available. Terrible breakfast. They never topped anything up and the girls serving couldn’t care less. The breakfast and them really let the hotel down. Items missing such as coffee not topped up, closing earlier by up to 45 mins. Great location and close to the main square.

Hotel is located just a couple blocks from Wenceslas square, near tram and metro stations. Plenty of dining options are just a walk away. Hotel is very nice, with comfortable rooms. There is a good breakfast and hotel stay includes light "brunch" (soup, sandwiches and pastry). This is really nice hotel for the price with very attentive and friendly staff. Definitely would stay again.

Inexpensive but extremely outdated

The hotel was clean, but was so incredibly outdated. The carpet in the room looked like it had been there for 30 years. Same with the curtains and lighting. When you walked in, it was a very drab feeling versus a brighter, more inviting room.
