air conditioning was not working when we walked into our room. Called desk and were told sorry it’s broken and can’t be fixed until Monday. They gave us two fans and said that’s all they could do. We were on the top floor and opened the roof top windows for some air but shortly after noticed a bunch of spiders crawling through the open windows from webs right outside. Some were large in size. We were forced to close the windows and deal with the heat. Woke up during the night drenched in sweat. Was not a restful stay. Front desk told me to contact management which I did and I was told they handled it to the best of their ability. No refund, no discount or compensation of any kind was offered.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was so close to the charles bridge. Most of the attractions were walkable. It was very clean, breakfast was good, staff friendly, and it was very reasonably priced!!! Would highly recommend staying here!

The property is well-kept. It is located just under the famous Charles Bridge, and you might expect it to be noisy, but it was surprisingly quiet and safe. The staff is friendly and caring. The hotel provided not only breakfast but also a light lunch, which is tasty and saves tourists a great deal of money.

Parking is a NIGHTMARE. it cost about $40 and we had to walk a half mile. What a mess. I’m glad we were only in backpacks or it would have been worse. Hotel is lovely. Right on the water. Breakfast is amazing. Loved it so much. Just be aware that parking is neither easy or convenient. At all.

Old European style hotel. Good value! My room was large and comfortable. Bathroom modern & well functioning. VERY convenient to the Charles Bridge—2 minutes walking. Cafe Savoy is maybe 10 minutes walk. Might be 15 minutes walk to “old town”. I loved the area…this area is “away from the maddening crowds” but accessible to everything. A “solid choice” when visiting Prague. In addition to providing breakfast, the hotel provided an excellent soup and croutons between noon and 4pm. Very unusual touch.

Loved are stay- 3 minute walk to the Charles Bridge, had a room with a view of the river, very quiet but so accessible to the bustle of the old town, big breakfast, and though we didn’t partake they also offered a free brunch after breakfast which seemed to be soup and sandwiches. Loved this hotel! Amazing location right next to the Charles Bridge but tucked away in a quiet area near the park / river. Plenty of dining and historical sites nearby. Rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was also excellent.
