Excelente estadia

Gostamos muito do hotel, parque aquático bem equipado para crianças, boas piscinas, localização muito boa, próximo ao toa a toa, posto de gasolina e a igreja Nossa Senhora da Saúde, para quem não quer perder a missa de domingo. Fica próximo também do espetinho do Dinho que é excelente para jantar. Quartos bons, ficamos no executivo, tudo muito novo. Colchões muito bons!

Infra estrutura do hotel otima porém a cama estava com um buraco nas duas extremidades, funcionários atenciosos, o café da manhã precisa melhorar: o pão francês estava duro, pao de queijo também, café estava muito forte travando na proporção de muito pó para pouca água. Mas no geral foi ótima.

Hotel excelente, mas carece de alguns ajustes

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, os funcionários são super atenciosos e o café da manhã excelente! A estrutura carece de algumas manutenções, alguns quartos tem uma estrutura melhor e parecem que foram recém reformados (o que a minha prima que estava comigo em viagem já era reformado e ótimo!), mas o que eu fiquei não estava assim, era mais antigo, a cama já estava bem usada e havia uma infiltração no box do banheiro. Também não gostei de não ter o controle do ar e ter um termostato ao invés do controle, não achei que funcionou mesmo colocando a temperatura mais quente, o controle pra mim seria mais simples. O estacionamento também precisa de uma melhor organização. Fora isso o hotel é muito bom, gostamos bastante e atendeu bem a nossa viagem, os funcionários são super prestativos e educados, sendo solícitos em todas as nossas demandas. Voltaríamos mais vezes, mas espero que da próxima vez com os quartos reformados rsrs

Hotel bom com toboágua mas falta piscina aquecida

O hotel é bom e a área de piscinas ótima ..pena não pudemos usar nada pq choveu e fez frio ..piscinas geladas …não existe uma única opção de área com água quente …somente uma banheira de hidro no spa que custa 250 reais por 1 hora! O hotel deveria proporcionar um espaço com piscina aquecida …tinha muitas crianças espremidas num espaço kids apertadíssimo e lotado …a recreadora era ótima mas impossível com chuva atender tantas crianças naquele único espaço …Porto Seguro em julho/agosto nunca mais😔!! …é urgente instalarem piscina aquecida nesse hotel que é bem bonito..com toboáguas etc e bem localizado tb! Outra coisa ..falta tomadas próximo das camas! Isso incomoda muito nesses novos tempos onde todos precisamos carregar celular , etc! O café da manhã é bom mas não existe opção de fazer ovos na hora..somente tapioca! Servem somente ovos mexidos no buffet e acabam rapidamente! Senti falta de panquecas e ovos fritos na hora, como existe nos demais hotéis de mesma categoria! Na recepção deixam a porta aberta e é uma ventania constante prejudicando os hóspedes que aguardam check in / check out / sendo que sempre tem mt movimento por ser hotel grande e de alta rotatividade! No restaurante existe opção de espetinhos de carne, salmão, etc por um preço acessível ..33 reais! Único problema é falta de pessoal e demora ..causando problemas, erros e atrasos em algumas oportunidades, embora os garçons sejam muito gentis! De qq forma um bom hotel e recomendo! Menos no frio! Vá no verão!

Não me encantou.

Café da manhã razoável. Muitas limitações, qualquer coisa que pedíamos, por exemplo, uma chaleira pra esquentar água pra mamadeira paga a parte, toalha pra piscina paga a parte, entre outras coisas. A equipe de recreação maravilhosa!! A estrutura de recreação boa. A água das piscinas geladas. O parque aquático abre somente do meio dia as 18:00.
