Little more effort on their side would be ok.

Nice apartment with great location if you want to visit the Fair (this was also our aim). We had a problem with the door as none of the pincodes they gave us was opening the door. They reacted fast and a boy came to solve the issue, opened the door with his app and fixed the problem. We had only 4 big towels and no small towels, which was strange. Yes, we were 3 people, so we used the 4th one, but it is better to provide also at least 1 small towel for hands. The apartments does not really have 2 bathrooms, as advertised. One bathroom is with shower and sink (no toilet there) and second one is only toilet. So, no disappointment as general but they could do better.
