A wide range of household goods and comprehensive kitchen and bathroom amenities guarantee a comfortable stay. A complimentary toiletries, towels and linens are provided for a good start to each visit. The apartment has a washing machine, useful especially during longer stays. The small space of the facility is functionally and comfortably designed, meeting all the needs of guests.

The Neighborhood:

This comfortable studio apartment is located in a townhouse on Gąsiorowskich Street in Poznan. It's location is close to many popular places and 2 km from the Old Town, which allows you to feel the metropolitan atmosphere of the city on the Warta River. In the Old Market Square, you can see the Renaissance Town Hall with goats clattering at noon, or the only painting by impressionist Claude Monet in Poland, located in the National Museum in Poznań. Also worth a visit is the Croissant Museum and a taste of the famous świętomarciński croissants, which have become a sweet symbol of the city. A few minutes' walk away is the quiet, picturesque Wilson Park (450 m) and the Poznan Palm House (700 m). There are many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores in the area. Nearby is also the Avenida shopping mall (1.2 km) with a wide range of retail outlets available. The road to the halls of the Poznan International Fair is 600 m, and to the Arena Sports and Entertainment Hall - 1.2 km. Poznan Central Railway Station is only 650 m from the accommodation, which will surely be appreciated by those traveling by this means of transport.
