Very basic accommodations. Firm mattresses. A little noisy from highway/road noise. No AC, so could be unpleasant on very warm night. A couple moths in room (no idea where they came from). But good enough for the price.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit.Check in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the carpet flooring seemed to be the source of it. The beddings were also in poor condition — they looked old, felt dirty, and had a noticeable odor. Cleanliness and comfort are the basics I expect from any hotel, and unfortunately, this place did not meet that standard. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

Good for guys , wife will raise eyebrows

Very affordable motel, it was the best price and very limited rooms available in Powell River when I booked. I got exactly what I expected that I paid for. One bed was fantastic, my son‘s bed was a little harder. The ratings was more for the black Areas around the tub that were covering the bottom two tiles of grout. Other than that, I had no complaints. I was in room four.

Get what you pay for.

Room was old and had seen better days. Full daylight around the door, concrete sidewalk broken. Spider webs and spiders inside suite, bed was hard and had a 50 yr old bedspread. Some permanent residents live there. No dishtowels and very small towel for showering. We had a kitchenette but the cabins looked cute. Don’t think I would stay again
