Two bathrooms with showers (one a no threshold walk-in), ensure there are opportunities for everyone to enjoy a hot shower. Two tanks ensure you won't run out of hot water. Plus, there's a convenient powder room on the main floor.

Dogs, no more than two, are welcome, with our per pet per night fee. Be sure to register them when you book. This home is a duplex and there is a caretaker in residence at certain times during the year.

Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. due to government or owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to report noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.
