Surrounded by nature, Quaint home located hill top on a private gravel drive.
Watch wildlife pass through the yard for a quick graze. Play yard games and have a nice campfire. Secluded and very private.

Close to all activates. Downtown Coeur d Alene is only 20 mins away. Skiing is only 40 mins away. Mins to the lake, Boat launch and beach are only a 2 min drive.
The space
Two nice sized bedrooms. Down stairs bedroom has large very comfortable king bed. Upstairs bedroom has comfortable queen size bed and private bathroom. For additional sleeping there are two over sized chairs in the living room that turn into single beds, perfect for kids, teens or small adults, max 6 guests .

Fully stocked kitchen / dining area for all your cooking needs.

Comfortable living room with wood burning stove fire place.

Two work areas / desks to work comfortably if needed.

Large front deck with Smoker / BBQ, Bar, dining table and additional seating.
