The location was really weird. I reserved 2 rooms one room was ok however the beds were horrible! Sleeping on the floor was better. The second room was not what we booked, the room was supposed to have a pull out sofa for 2 people, mind you there were 2 men and a teenager staying in this room. It was a king bedroom, so with the sofa bed it would have worked out. However once getting to the room it did not have a sofa bed and the staff stated it wasn't there fault they put them in the wrong room it was the travel agency that booked the wrong room!! The lady at the front said they can give a roll away bed so I asked ok then can we get 2 she insisted on no. We tried to get a discount on the mix up however they said since it wasn't there fault they could do anything!!! The amount of money that we paid for both rooms for 2 nights was way more than anyone would pay for a monthly mortgage on a home!!! Oh an the breakfast.....was a sh*t show. The pool was freezing!!There was a grounds keeper that told my son not to use the elevator because it is going to break soon and they have been having issues with it....why in the world would they say that!!In addition I guess due to the pandemic they will not go into your room for housekeeping unless you ask for it, I never got the option to ask if we needed it when checking in. So when I asked if housekeeping was going to bring us towels the lady is like "did you request housekeeping" no one informed me! Horrible weekend to say the least!!!

I was able to research your reservation and you did reserve the ENK which is our 1 King bed efficiency. We were sold out that weekend and were unable to move you to a larger room to better accommodate your needs. I would always urge you to call the hotel directly to confirm any online reservations you may make just to ensure you have booked what you need. Our guest feedback is important to us. We do hope you will consider being our guest again so that we may provide you with the exceptional experience you deserve.

The hotel is in a good location. It is only 1/2 a mile from downtown Dover. The room was very clean.

It was very clean and up to date. The staff was friendly and courteous. The swimming pool was perfect, My grandson and I enjoyed it and had lots of fun. The room was very nice, warm, clean, and the bed was very comfortable

The bed was VERY comfy, the sheets were soft and smelled clean and fresh as did the towels. If I had to come up with a negative about the room it would only be that the bathroom was on the small side
