Great hotel beside the Navy museum

Friendly relaxed staff. The hotel is in a great location for visiting the navy museum and docks. On site parking is a plus too. The Japanese restaurant is great as is the full english breakfast.

Pleasant hotel with clean rooms and comfortable bed. Good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful and the bar is comfortable. Breakfast was nothing special but plenty available and all tasty and filling.

We have stayed here and their other locations in the area a number of times and will definitely return. Always clean, a good price and great staff, parking is always good and easy. Close to shopping / restaurant areas opposite bus and train station. Breakfast is amazing. Thank you for another lovely stay.

Excellent location - walked out the train station and within 2 mins walk you’re at the front door, 5 mins dockyard! BUT - it’s an older building, even though it had an elevator you still need to walk down / up 2 flights, which made it hard for my luggage. My single room was like a pantry, clean enough for overnight but the bed was too soft ( I weigh 115 lbs) and make it hard to sleep. The ventilation system was noisy all night, At 6 am I can smell the bacons fried up from downstairs ( kitchen). The restaurant was pretty good with a full Japanese menu. The hotel served my overnight purpose but not an ideal choice for vacation.

Great little gem of a hotel 👍

I was pleasantly surprised at this little gem of a hotel situated very close to Gunwharf Quay and local transport services, the room was exceptionally clean, great shower, very comfortable bed and perfect pillow. At breakfast I had perfectly poached eggs, great bacon and decent sausages, coffee from the pot was very nice. I will defistay here again and at almost half the price of the local chains it represents very good value. Great 👍

Great find!

Great find! Only a minute from the train and bus stations. Easy check-in. We had a triple room which was very spacious and not at all cramped. Comfortable bed. Nice soft large towels! Well stocked tea tray. Large bathroom with bath and shower. Breakfast included, freshly cooked with help yourself cold selection.

Great little hotel in a perfect location, 5-10 mins from the dockyard, Spinnaker tower and Guildhall (we attended a concert there). Staff were friendly, room clean and comfortable (a bit too hot, but they have air con) and good shower. Parking next door in the hotel carpark is another plus. And a decent breakfast too, very happy with our stay.

Lovely hotel

So glad I booked this hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. Room was lovely and we had a sea view. The bed was very comfortable and the room/bathroom were warm even though the radiators weren't turned on. The hotel wasn't noisy but there were roadworks right outside our room but that was only an issue during the day. Good location with train station across the road plus a shopping centre with an amazing cinema. Breakfast was good and we had a fabulous meal in the restaurant on our last night. We would definitely stay there again. The only small gripe is that there were 3 plug sockets next to the single bed but none by the double.
