Staff was excellent. Super friendly. Rooms were incredibly clean. We stayed in a suite. Had a full size refrigerator, overhead microwave, 3 burners, sink and a dishwasher. Room came with utensils, pots and pans, and everything to use the dishwasher. Even had a coffeemaker and a toaster. We can’t say enough good things about our stay. We will absolutely be staying here again and again.

Clean,very nice staff. Convenient location. Only negative was the pet friendly experience. We did not have pets but had to listen to someone else’s dogs barking for 45 minutes at 7:30 am

This place is brand new - so much so that the lobby still has that new house smell (not in a bad way!) Room was nice, bed was super comfy - amazing what a difference a brand new mattress makes. Convenient location to Portsmouth, Kittery and UNH. Will definitely stay again.
