Villa Melograno is a villa located in an oasis of peace nestled in a valley just a few kilometers from Alghero and Stintino, two of Sardinia's most fascinating destinations. This beautiful property, which offers ample space both indoors and outdoors, is the ideal retreat for those seeking a vacation of comfort and privacy.

Villa Melograno is perfectly situated a short distance from Stintino and Alghero, allowing you to easily explore the area's spectacular beaches, such as the renowned Pelosa Beach or Alghero's long beaches, such as Mugoni, Lazzaretto, Maria Pia and Porto Ferro. The villa's strategic location allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the Sardinian countryside while being close to natural wonders and local attractions.

Generous Interior Spaces
With a total area of about 180 square meters, Villa Melograno offers generous living spaces ideal for large families or groups of friends. Inside, you will find five bedrooms and three bathrooms, all with showers, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

5 Bedrooms:
1) Quadruple Double Room: Equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, this room is perfect for a family with children.
2) Double Room: Spacious and bright, offering a cozy environment for a couple.
3) Twin Bedroom: Perfect for teens or adults who want to sleep separately.
4) Second Double Bedroom: Elegant and comfortable, ideal for a restful night's rest.
5) Quad bedroom in the annex: with double bed and bunk bed with en-suite bathroom.

In fact, in addition to the main villa, the annex offers a double room with a bunk bed and private bathroom, perfect for a couple with children. The annex also has a covered veranda, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Please note that the depandance is made available from the 11th guest onwards. For groups of less than 11 persons it is possible to rent the Villa with the depandance, at an extra daily cost, and please contact us about this in advance.

Sheets and towels: included in the initial setup for booked guests. Extra linens available upon request and for a fee.

In the center of the garden is a magnificent 12-meter by 6-meter swimming pool, furnished with sun loungers, sunbeds and pergolas is protected by a gate to prevent access by small children.

Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß. Die Grillstelle und der Aussenbereich großzügig und schön. Das Haus war sauber und von den Zimmern gut aufgeteilt. Wenn Kritik dann, das die Betten etwas wacklig sind und die Küchenausstattung nur das nötigste für 10 Personen beinhaltet. Es war aber ausreichend…. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, auch mit dem Service des Hausmeisters

Lo spazio esterno è enorme, curatissimo e davvero stupendo, perfetto per rilassarsi e trascorrere piacevoli momenti in compagnia.Il forno per la pizza il barbecue e il tavolo enorme sono bellissimi e permettono di organizzare cene indimenticabili. Anche l'area della piscina è splendida, molto ben tenuta e ideale per divertirsi, rilassarsi e trascorrere momenti indimenticabili con famiglia e amici.La villa è situata in una zona leggermente fuori dal centro, ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e relax. In pochi minuti di macchina si raggiungono facilmente le spiagge, il centro e tutti i principali negozi, rendendo la posizione davvero comoda. Un perfetto equilibrio tra pace e praticità.Angela e Giovanni sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Quando abbiamo avuto una richiesta o un piccolo problema, sono intervenuti immediatamente risolvendo tutto con professionalità e cortesia. Wunderschönes Anwesen, sehr sauber und vollständige Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht. Bei einem Problem mit dem Wlan wurde der Defekt sofort mit einem neuen Gerät behoben. Die Vermieterin reagiert auf Alles innerhalb kurzer Zeit, absoluter Top-Service! Das Beste ist der riesige, gepflegte Pool! Einfach nur fantastisch!
