Excellent location within walking distance to both the Quadrado and beaches. The front desk and breakfast staff people are incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms themselves could use a facelift.

Um ótimo lugar para curtir e relaxar! Está pousada é incrível e nem sei por onde começar. Os funcionários são extremamente educados e receptivos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. O café da manhã é uma delícia, vai até as 13h e conta com uma variedade de comidas servidas na mesa e opções que podem ser pedidas para complementar (como tapioca, crepioca e ovos com diferentes recheios). O quarto é incrível, espaçoso, muito bem iluminado e extremamente confortável. Conta com uma smart TV, frigobar, ar condicionado e uma cama muito confortável. Isso tudo sem falar que os hóspedes tem direto a pipoca e brigadeiro ilimitado.

Estada decepcionante! Escolhi esta pousada confiando nas avaliações, que eram muito boas, e pq as fotos eram lindas. Já na chegada, percebi que a área externa da pousada estava decadente. O quarto era bom, mas a manutenção da área externa deixava muito a desejar. Tanto que a madeira podre do deck da piscina fez com que eu sofresse um acidente: pisei no deck e uma parte da madeira cedeu, fazendo com que eu caísse num buraco e tivesse uma das pernas presas. Meu marido precisou arrancar a outra ripa do deck para que eu pudesse sair. Estou, até hoje, sentindo as consequências: muitos hematomas e muitas dores. Alem disso, nem o gerente nem o dono se manifestaram em relação ao meu acidente nem tomaram nenhum tipo de providência. Esta pousada pode até ter sido muito boa quando foi inaugurada, entretanto a falta de manutenção e a baixa qualidade da gestão tornaram-na completamente decadente. Fica o alerta para as pessoas que se seduzirem pelas fotos ou por boas avaliações!
