Gostaria de expressar minha insatisfação com a experiência que tive durante minha estadia em seu hotel. Infelizmente, não atendeu às minhas expectativas e gostaria de detalhar alguns pontos que considero importantes para a melhoria dos serviços. Primeiramente, a piscina estava constantemente suja, o que tornou impossível desfrutar do local de forma adequada. Isso é algo que, com certeza, afeta a qualidade da experiência dos hóspedes, especialmente em um ambiente que se espera ser de lazer e relaxamento. Além disso, o quarto em que fiquei hospedado estava em condições precárias, sendo antigo, com aspecto envelhecido e feio. O mobiliário estava desgastado e a limpeza do local deixava muito a desejar. Outro ponto importante foi a presença de morisocas e mosquitos na hospedagem, o que gerou bastante desconforto e prejudicou a qualidade da estadia. Lamento ter escolhido o Hotel Galeão e espero que essas questões sejam analisadas e resolvidas com urgência, para que futuros hóspedes não passem pela mesma experiência desagradável que tive.

Não gostei, muito ruim, tem goteira no quarto, box minúsculo, toalhas todas manchadas e encardidas ,televisão não pega,ar condicionado tava estragado, piscina suja, estacionamento e na calçada na rua e eles não se responsabilizar se acontecer algo com o carro .Não recomendo de jeito nenhum foi o pior hotel que fiquei.

Adorei o hotel. Excelente localização (posto de gasolina, farmacias, mercados - tudo muito perto). Ha poucos minutos da passarela à pé. Cama confortável, ar condicionado top, frigobar geladando que era uma maravilha. Café da manhã com opções e variedade de itens, mas poderia ter mais coisas da culinária local. RECOMENDO!

Me colocaram no quarto onde o ar não gelava. Me trocaram de quarto onde o ar tbm não gelava. No terceiro quarto o ar gelou porém a televisão não Funcionou. Mandei no zap do hotel (setor de reservas) visualizam a mensagem mas Não tem a decência/vergonha na cara de responder! Banheiro tinha Fezes no vaso. Piscina com gosma (algo nojento) impossibilitando o seu uso! Hotel tem 2 supermercados colados a ele e PASMEM o CaFe da manhã não tinha presunto pq segundo o Funcionário o Fornecedor tava em Falta. Falta toalha de rosto. Precariedade. Alô Vigilância Sanitária 🤔.. Hotel pessimamente cuidado. Erasmo e Raquel bons Funcionários. Cada dia piorando o serviço e a qualidade. Total decadência o hotel se encontra!

O Hotel parou no tempo, no mínimo mais de 20 anos sem reforma, banheiro com azulejos encardidos, cupim pra todo lado, ar condicionado só funcionava a noite, lençóis e toalhas velhos e manchados… na reserva fala que tem estacionamento, mas o estacionamento é na calçada, ou seja na rua, sem segurança nenhuma
