very nice hotel but a bit too far from the centre. However the 500 bus stopped outside the hotel. The access to the roof terrace is poorly signposted but pleasant when you get there. Getting food in the bar in the evening was slow as there were no staff at the bar and we had to go to reception to let them know we wanted to order food. Efficient staff, excellent breakfast.

Right on the tram line and river promenade th e staff are super helpful and courteous. They received our rental bikes delivery for us and we even have two free drinks in the bar. A very cool hotel formerly a fish market back in the day!

The hotel was nice, very clean and quiet. It is about a 30 minute walk to center of town so just be aware. We did not eat there but did have a drink at the bar and they were very friendly and considerate.

It was a little out from the main tourist area but definitely walkable. Unfortunately it rained almost the whole three days were there but thats not the fault of the hotel. The roomwas very modern as was thd lobby but clean and comfortable. The staff were wwelcoming, arranged forcabs and anything needed. Roomservice was great.

Vincci Porto hotel to stay in

A well situated hotel, an interesting renovation from a warehouse, and excellent staff and food. The roof top bar on a sunny evening was the place to watch sunset while dining. All in all a great place to be based.

Lovely hotel but our check in took a long time as if something was wrong. When we were assigned a room finally we found an uncleared room, and when we reported it one of the staff tried to tell us we were wrong. I think we were upgraded then to a larger room but overall the two staff members were not the most welcoming.
