The hotel is in a prime location in the Ribeira Square with an unobstructed view of the river and bridge to Nova de Gaia. The staff is responsive, helpful and friendly and speak fluent English. The breakfast is well-maintained with enough of a variety to help you start your day with a hearty meal.

I loved my stay here! The hotel was spotless, everything felt fresh and perfectly maintained. Location is adjacent to waterfront walkway and Ribeira plaza with dozens of dining and drinking options. Close to sights and attractions - within 15 min walk. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet very good.

Location, Location, location!. You can't beat it if you want to stay by the river Ribeira area. You are literally stepping outside of the hotel into historical location with all the restaurants, music, river views and surrounding fun. I had a room on the sixth floor with perfect views of the bridge, water and all beautiful historical buildings. Room was small but clean, comfortable bed and nice large window that can be opened. AC in the room was working well, same with wifi, no issues. Area is safe with many food options to try. The only thing i missed is that room had no coffee machine, no tea or bottle water. Nothing was provided in the lobby either. Other hotel i stayed in Lusbon had very nice fresh water with fruits and coffee machine, it was very much appreciated. Overall i am happy with my stay there and would stay there again.

This hotel was right in the heart of Porto overlooking the two bridges. At night and morning, it was beautiful. We did have some hiccups with hot water which the hotel quickly remedied. Overall, I will definitely return. I found a hotel staff very friendly, accommodating, and anxious to make you happy.

location is perfect. Night life was great in the area. I knew when I booked, it would be a little noisy at night so I packed ear plugs. The staff was all very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and we had everything we needed for our one night stay. We requested a wake up call as we had an early morning flight but we never received one. Luckily I had set my alarm on my phone as well.

Great hotel in heart of busy port, with stunning view. Surprisingly quiet in the evening. Breakfast limited and not worth it. Only major downside, is parking - do the research before if you have a rental esp if you are staying for 2 nights. Closest parking was very expensive. By the time we found another one, it was fully booked
