WOW WOW WOW, you could not ask for a better location, being right on the water, super close to the bridge that crosses the river, and easy walking distance to just about everything you could possibly want to see in Porto!!

Location was good. But upon arrival we were stuck in the elevator twice. The elevator door wouldn’t open and staff had to get us out the first time and we had to get ourselves out the second time. We also had to use the staff elevator. The hotel manager wouldn’t give is anything off the room.

This is a small hotel steps away from the Luís I Bridge. Hotel is clean and comfortable with wonderful staff who try best to help you in every way. It is located in the middle of tourist area but it was quiet after 9 PM.

The hotel is in a prime location in the Ribeira Square with an unobstructed view of the river and bridge to Nova de Gaia. The staff is responsive, helpful and friendly and speak fluent English. The breakfast is well-maintained with enough of a variety to help you start your day with a hearty meal.

Location, Location, location!. You can't beat it if you want to stay by the river Ribeira area. You are literally stepping outside of the hotel into historical location with all the restaurants, music, river views and surrounding fun. I had a room on the sixth floor with perfect views of the bridge, water and all beautiful historical buildings. Room was small but clean, comfortable bed and nice large window that can be opened. AC in the room was working well, same with wifi, no issues. Area is safe with many food options to try. The only thing i missed is that room had no coffee machine, no tea or bottle water. Nothing was provided in the lobby either. Other hotel i stayed in Lusbon had very nice fresh water with fruits and coffee machine, it was very much appreciated. Overall i am happy with my stay there and would stay there again.

This hotel was right in the heart of Porto overlooking the two bridges. At night and morning, it was beautiful. We did have some hiccups with hot water which the hotel quickly remedied. Overall, I will definitely return. I found a hotel staff very friendly, accommodating, and anxious to make you happy.
