Excellent service from before check-in till check-out. Arrangements for Airport transfer went without a hitch and with the added bonus of being delivered to the door of the hotel. The street is limited access and most transports will drop you off a block away. Room was spacious and well appointed. Cafe was well provisioned and the cocktails were spot on. We opted from breakfast and it did not disappoint. We split our stay and stored our luggage at the desk. It was in our room for the second part of our stay without any prior arrangement. If you are looking for a top end experience in the center of all that is fun and historic in Porto this is your place to stay

A superior upper floor room … touted as a vip accommodation was extremely small / tight for 2 people. We had no place to put our luggage and no room to dress. I paid the same amount as my cousin and his room was much much bigger. I think they gave away the room I paid for to someone else. I complained to the manager but not much could be done.

We had a little trouble finding the hotel and arrived after midnight. William actually came and got us from the parking garage recommended by the hotel. The Staff was wonderful. Room was perfect. Excellent amenities. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom and rain shower. Beautiful view from our room. Bar staff was friendly and attentive.
