I was pleased with the room that we are in, cleaned and spacious. The breakfast was great lots of selection and every morning they changed slightly of one or two menu. One thing caught to my attention when we are at the lobby waiting for our ride 3 staff at the reception talking so loud as in loud and joking each other, in my own opinion not very professional being in the front desk staff. But overall was great and i will stay with the property if i come back to Porto.

Great room but needs improvement in comfort

Clean and spacious room. Good quality finish. However I would say this had a poor quality mattress and noise travels very easily into the rooms, I was woken up multiple times in the night by noise.

The staff on reception are welcoming, lovely and so helpful. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet that is included with the rate had a huge assortment and was delicious. Staff even assisted with our tour bookings and helped us with ordering tickets to see a Porto soccer game which is a must-see. The fans are incredibly supportive and there is positive energy in the stadium with vibrant music being played and sung throughout the game. Loved the opportunity and experience. Many thanks for a wonderful stay. Porto was a terrific city to explore.

We had a room on the 13th floor with lovely views which was very clean. The beds were a little hard but the toiletries, robes and complimentary water was a bonus. Breakfast was great, plenty of options for all. We enjoyed the bar and sitting outside during the evening.
