Excellent boutique hotel. Although in a quiet area just outside of central Porto, the local Metro Marquês was a 10min walk and just 4 stops from Ponte Luis 1 Excellent pizza restaurant and great breakfast. Rooms very clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Around great stay and highly recommended.

Though a little up the steep hills of the city center. It's access to the metro was convenient. The restaurant was really good (pizzeria), breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Rooms were luxurious. The city a very lovely city. The only issue I had was the supermarkets were a little walking distance.

Amazing Hotel! The bed is the comfiest of my whole trip in Portugal. Clean and stylish room with good amenities such as hair conitioner and body lotion. A little bit further out from the city centre but still within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

Overall, a lovely hotel! We arrived late on the day of Sao Joao and the staff were happy to explain what the festival entailed. They even left a hammer on our room bed with a detailed explanation of the day’s events, so we could take part in the festivities! It was such a special touch and greatly appreciated. We also had issues with our air conditioning, m late into the evening. The concierge was exceptionally helpful and patient, and was able to fix our air conditioning remotely and quickly. My only gripe was the location of the hotel. It’s great if you want some quiet when sleeping, but a little too far removed from the centre for my liking. The Ribeira was a twenty minute walk away, and since the majority of attractions and restaurants are located there, we did wish our hotel was a little bit closer! But, there are Metro links about ten minutes away that come in handy. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and their staff thoroughly. It’s perfect if you like quiet evenings, too!

Fontinha is a well kept modern property. The restaurant is nice though breakfast pricey compared to options for coffee and continental in area. Reportedly the pizza is good although we did not try. Our only issue is location which is an away from old city and uphill. Still a great place to stay

The staff there are top tier, from the check in to the bar. The room was stylish and comfortable. The only thing is that the shower and toilet could have used a deep clean and the hotel is a bit further up the hill and removed from the liveliness. That could be a good thing though for some folks if you want quiet! The breakfast buffet is really good and haw variety - be sure to get it as it is amazing bang for the buck.

We picked this hotel based on friends that had stayed there. When we first got there the location was horrible, a car repair shop right next to it. We actually called other hotels for availability to leave the area. My travel agent said to first check the hotel inside, ans so I did. Once passed the entrance it was s totally different ballgame. Our suite was very spacious and modern, clean very well distributed, that was a change of heart and we stayed. To be fair once we learned about the city and attractions the only thing we did not liked was the location. The food at the restaurant was good
