Good location, very spare apartment

Check in process very inconvenient. Apt had no amenities such as coffee, salt& pepper, oil.Or soap. Floors were not clean. Not enough towels. No towel bars or hooks. A/C didn't work well. Could not find trash bins. 1key for 4 people. Shower floors very slippery.

Great Location/Disappointing Features

Renting the property was very easy via VRBO, pricing was reasonable. Kitchen was disappointing, only 3 glasses, 1 large/2 small, no wine glasses, no dish towels, oven, but no mitts, dishwasher, no detergent, washer, no detergent,. Also, no bath amenities, like soap, shampoo, lotion. When people arrive for a week, it seems strange that they would be expected to buy all those supplies instead of providing sample suzes & a few pods for the washers. The Welcome Center is in downtown & not very welcoming with the construction on the building and crazy oarking if you have a car. We also received conflicting info on check in: We received an email indicating we could meet a representative at the apartment at 2 with 45 minute notice, but when we called 45 min before arriving, we were told we had to go to the center and not before 3. With all of that, the location is great if you want to be near city center.

Sehr gute Lage in Porto

Die sehr gute Lage ermöglicht es, alles zu Fuß oder mit den Öffentlichen (alternativ mit der historisschen Straßenbahn) zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war etwas spartanisch in Bezug auf das vorhandene Geschirr u d Besteck. Dadurch musste der große Geschirrspüler nach jedem Essen laufen. Bedingt durch die Lage ist es etwas lauter, zumal im Oktober 2023 vor dem Objekt eine kleinere Baustelle eingerichtet gewesen ist. Leider funktionierten die beiden Heizungs / Klimageräte in den Schlafzimmern nicht. Eine Nachfrage diesbezüglich blieb leider unbeantwortet. Der Support beim Check-in und die Schlüssel "Übergabe" war tadellos.

Pas top

Moisissures, 2 wc fuyaient sur les 3, isolation inexistante car fenêtres fermées c'étaient comme si elles étaient ouvertes. Isolation intérieure pas top et en plus nous sommes tombé sur un groupe de jeunes qui faisaient la fiesta toutes les nuits en sautant partout, impossible de dormir. Dommage...l'appartement est plutôt bien fait.
