The communication was clear and the staff were very friendly and kind. The property itself is a historical building and beautiful. The apartment we had was spacious with working appliances and umbrellas that were handy for the rain. The bathrooms is our apartment were terrible - there was only a filthy shower curtain separating the shower form the rest of the bathroom which ended up getting soaked. The walk up the stairs to the bedroom was tricky at night as the floor and stairs are same colour and I tripped. Besides the bathrooms, the other major issues as the constant upsell - for example we were told if we pull out the pull-out couch it was a 40€ fee. They left 4 coffee pods for 4 people to use over 5 days - if we wanted more 2€ each - luckily we bought them at grocery store for 20 cents each. Overall, the property is beautiful, in an excellent location, is safe with kind, friendly staff.
I also appreciated the quick intro to the area around the hotel but found the rest I recommendations to be overpriced and extremely touristy. We were able to find better restaurants in the area and half the price for the same or similar meals.
