The room we were given at this hotel was fantastic. We had a superior twin. It had a large balcony with seating which we used quite a bit. However I am not sure all the rooms have this facility. Great size bedroom and bathroom. Room has a kettle and coffee maker, fridge. Cleaned well daily. Everything about the room was perfect, 5 stars.
The location is a little further out, we were only there for 3 days and it took us a while to get our bearings on how to get where. There are some good restaurants and a supermarket 10 minute walk from this hotel.
There are building works going on opposite the hotel, which didn't worry us but our room was at the side of the hotel, so I don't know how it would be for the rooms at the front. The work does only go on during the day and you would generally be out during the day.
The only negative for us was the breakfast which was not of a good standard. The hot buffet was cold and poor quality. In fact we left everything on our plates. I opened a pot of jam to be faced with mould which is extremely off putting. We had a few issues which we fed back to Expedia and they have been quite helpful with this. Such a shame as the rest of the hotel is spot on and it is the one thing if they work on it , could improve.
I would most definitely stay again but I wouldn't book it with breakfast next time.
