Newly built house with 200sqm of built area, the beautiful beach Patacho region of Miracles. Modern architecture, balconies with hammocks and barbecue. It has full view of the sea. Rooms overlooking the beach from the beds. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and one with two single beds. All with air conditioning and closet. It has large living room, toilet, kitchen, laundry area, and large balcony that gets a nice breeze from the sea, as well as the suites. It features large garden with big shower. Ideal for six people, but can accommodate more using the living room sofa.

Foi ótima, fomos super bem recebidos, a casa é exatamente igual nas fotos, muito bonita, funcional e confortável. Estava limpinha e tinha tudo que precisamos. Wi-fi funcionando super bem, toalhas, ar condicionado , vagas de carro. Único ponto de oportunidade era que os chuveiro saiam pouca água.

Ótima residência.
Sem dúvidas o lugar é encantador. Próximo a praia, quartos grandes, bem espaçoso. Deixa a desejar os chuveiros com pouca pressão da água e a falta de uma máquina para lavar roupas. Uma obra vizinha a residência também atrapalha um pouco. Do mais, a residência é ótima para passar uns dias com a família. Próximo a posto de gasolina, mercados, farmácia e de outras praias. Local bem seguro e agradável. Deise, responsável pela limpeza, é uma excelente pessoa e muito prestativa. Vale a pena.

Férias incríveis!!!
A casa é fantástica, exatamente como nas fotos, e fica a 50 metros da paradisíaca Praia do Patacho, com mar de águas quentes e tranquilas. A anfitriã Rita sempre se mostrou solícita, respondendo com agilidade todas as nossas dúvidas. Ao desembarcar em Maceió, fizemos as compras principais no ótimo supermercado Palato, pois as opções em São Miguel dos Milagres e Porto de Pedras são bem mais restritas. Contratamos à parte os serviços da Dany, que serve o café da manhã, o almoço e cuida da arrumação. A casa possui excelentes utensílios de praia: guarda-sol, cadeiras e caixa térmica. Caso não queira carregá-los, há pequenas barracas de praia que alugam o conjunto guarda-sol e cadeiras por 30 reais e servem bebidas e comidas (petiscos e até pratos), que vêm de restaurantes/posadas próximos. O ponto forte da casa é a piscina e o jardim, cuidados com esmero pelo Ledeílson, marido da Dany, onde passamos todas as nossas tardes e noites, bebendo uma deliciosa água de coco, colhido diretamente do coqueiro do jardim. Recomendamos e já estamos programando a nossa volta!!!

Fomos muito felizes neste 05 dias. A casa é bem equipada, piscina sempre limpa. Dany e Rita sempre solicitas. Adoramos. Só as obras ao redor é que poderiam não trabalhar sábado e domingo, mas sei que isso não depende dos anfitriões.

A casa de Rita é maravilhosa! Nova, funcional, bonita e confortável. Passamos 15 dias ali. A poucos passos da praia do Patacho, tem uma piscina melhor que qualquer SPA, naturalmente aquecida pelo sol do nordeste! Os funcionários são maravilhosos, de fácil comunicação e rápida resolução . Rita, é uma ótima anfitriã Obrigada a todos! Vcs fizeram nossas férias incríveis!
