Mezzanine studio inserted in the residential complex called "Il Portolano" in Porto Azzurro loc. Mola, furnished in a simple but functional way and composed of entrance with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, living area with double sofa bed, mezzanine used as a double bedroom and large covered terrace from which you can enjoy the splendid sea view of the Gulf of Mola, up to the hills with suggestive view of Capoliveri.
Guests can take advantage of a parking space in the condominium parking, air conditioning, flat screen TV, washing machine in the external closet, table and iron as well as all the necessary crockery for the kitchen.
The strategic position of the apartment means that there are many services nearby such as bars, petrol stations, supermarkets, fishmongers; the most beautiful beaches of Porto Azzurro (about 800 meters away and reachable on foot) and Capoliveri at 5 minutes by car, in addition to the beach of Mola (in front of about 200 meters) the only one of the island equipped to host the dogs and their owners.
The apartment is about 15 minutes drive from both the main ports of the island: Portoferraio and Rio Marina, and only a few hundred meters from the mooring of Mola boats.
