Good for the price.

Great for the price. Stairs only. Breakfast was standard. Had to get early because if it got finished, they didn't replace. Room was good enough. On a good street but some of the side streets were sketchy. I would stay here again!

Tive a pior experiência possível, lugar sujo, quarto cheio de mofo, roupas de cama cheirando a suor, chão sujo, os lençóis manchados de sujeira, o banheiro com cheiro forte insuportável, pasta de dente na pia, no espelho, a janela do quarto dava para a área em comum do prédio, a cortina n cobria totalmente, tirando toda e qualquer privacidade dentro do quarto! Fui embora e procurei outro lugar para me hospedar.

Estadia abaixo do esperado! Quarto estava até em boas condições de limpeza, porém era uma infestação de formigas em grande quantidade no banheiro. Atendimento ruim de recepção, pessoal mal humorado. Café da manhã o básico como esperado, mas a falta de atendimento foi surpreendente! Não havia ninguém para auxiliar no café da manhã, quem chegasse após 30min do inicio do café da manhã não encontrava mesas limpas, louças limpas e COMIDA no café da manhã, simplesmente acabava os itens e bebidas E ninguém se interessava em repor ou arrumar! No primeiro dia havia uma auxiliar no café da manhã, mas depois de alguns minutos simplesmente foi embora! Vi vários hóspedes lamentando que descia do quarto e encontrava apenas banana ainda disponível!

Insegurança e irresponsabilidade

Ocorreu uma situação extremamente desagradável, que me fez até trocar de hotel. Muito barulho nos corredores em horários em que não é permitido, após as 19h e de madrugada, além de de manhã cedo. Fora isso, na segunda noite, uns hóspedes engraçadinhos estavam “brincando” no corredor e tentaram abrir a porta do quarto em que eu estava, apresentando-se como Sargento Melo. Ao falar isso, eles riram e mexeram na maçaneta da porta. Mandei mensagem pelo Whats do hotel e a funcionária da recepção não me respondia. Na manhã seguinte fiz checkout e reclamei para a moça da recepção. Ela simplesmente disse que não tinha o que fazer, que era uma brincadeira deles, justificou falando que era um ‘pessoal de obra’. Se isentou de qualquer tipo de responsabilidade no ocorrido. Me senti extremamente insegura e mudei de hotel de manhã. Nunca mais volto lá, horrível.
