There is a very long online check in process where they request all your documents to be scanned and uploaded, including a selfie. This is supposed to be used for facial recognition to access the building and common areas such as the pool and gym. However the selfies never worked and we only got in the building because the doormen would check our names and open the door every time. We were never able to access the amenities. There is no person from Charlie to assist you. Any questions or concerns need to be through a WhatsApp number which is answered by a bot. When I finally reached a real person, she didn’t solve our problem and stopped responding. Thankfully it was just for 2 nights. Not going back despite the good apartment and loving the location.

Apartamento confortável e bem localizado. Dá para deixar o carro na rua sem medo. Ponto de melhoria, a limpeza do quarto pode melhorar, principalmente do piso que estava gorduroso. Comunicação para entrada no apartamento e ruim, mesmo fazendo o cadastro previamente com documentação e foto, você precisa ficar justificando toda vez que entra no prédio.

Excelente acomodação custo/benefício.

Excelente apartamento. Carece verificar cheiro que tem no ralo do banheiro que deixa levemente mal cheiroso. Apartamento é todo novo, muito bem mobiliado e ótimo para uma estadia curta a negócios ou passeio. Prédio é localizado em ótima região, possui academia, lavanderia e um ótimo terraço como área para curtir.

Pontos positivos: apartamento bem localizado e completo: ar condicionado, itens de cozinha, cooktop e microondas. O prédio tem uma academia pequena e piscina. A Charlie já deixa um qrcode no quarto com todas as informações necessárias, como o horário de funcionamento da academia e onde a lixeira está localizada, dispensando a necessidade de entrar em contato. Costumo comprar bucha para lavar a louça, e lá já tinha uma nova, ainda ensacada. Pontos negativos: atrasaram 15 minutos o check-in. Poderia ter papel-toalha na cozinha. Geladeira faz MUITO barulho.
