What do I need to do to confirm my booking?
We require a copy of driver's licenses of all adult guests and booking deposit. Only once all of this has been received, will booking be confirmed.
Do I need to pay a bond? Yes, a security deposit (bond) will be required on booking of $500. Keys will not be issued unless credit card details have been provided as a surety procedure. Management reserves the right to increase the bond to $1000 in some instances.
What happens to my booking payments in the event the government directs a lockdown on my dates of travel?
In the event government directs a lockdown for your dates of travel we would discuss either a full refund minus the booking fee or the option of changing your booking dates. Changing of booking dates may incur an additional fee.
What happens if I decide to cancel my booking as I am worried about recent outbreaks of COVID19?
Normal terms and conditions would apply if you decided to cancel the booking.

What happens if the property owner cancels my booking?
Cancellations can occur by owners of properties, and we understand that this can be unsettling, please just be aware properties are individually owned and they may be cancelled due to repairs, modifications or protect the wellbeing of the community.
If the booking is cancelled by us, you would be eligible for a full refund minus the booking fee.
