Incredible resort. Plenty of pool space and deckchairs. We had used the wellness centre for the gym, jacuzzi and indoor pool which were all clean. The staff went above and beyond for us at every point of enquiry- they are truly a credit to Tivoli and our time would not have been half as good without their politeness and helpfulness. Ample food provided at mealtimes with lots of options for vegetarians. We felt so relaxed here. We also enjoyed access to two beaches: one is a 10 minute walk across the bridge, and the other is accessible by hotel "train." There are two bars that make alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Our room was huge and was cleaned everyday.

My family of 6 including 4 children had an amazing time here. Everything you need is there for you, from the beautiful cuisine to the amazing entertainment areas. Our children had an amazing time with plenty to do and the accommodation was magnificent. It was definitely a 5 star service with friendly staff to help you whenever needed. We will definitely be returning.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Felt very looked after and the food and facilities were of good quality. For the price we paid I would definitely say it is good value for money. The complementary train into Alvor town was also a lovely touch!

Just Ok!!

Far too long to wait for check in. We then had to wait again for far too long once the room was ready. Lots of ants in one of our rooms. Far too long to queue for drinks in the Shore bar. Not enough seating in the entertainment area for the amount of guests. Entertainment started too late - 21:30 is far too late for younger guests.

During my stay, I had a great time. The only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t have much food options during lunch only a barbecue and some snacks. I also didn’t like the difficulty of getting on and off the resort after 12 o’clock the parking was difficult as there is a Remote parking lot and sometimes the gate to enter and exit is locked. There was also this weird brown substance on the bathroom floor floors even after the cleaners would come once the floor got wet. This brown substance would come up from in between the tiles of the bathroom floor. Besides those issues, the staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. The drinks at the bar were really good and when we did get food outside of the barbecue lunch at the Italian restaurant, I enjoyed the food. I also like the fact that there were multiple pools and one was strictly for adults. The rooms were also nice and tidy and housekeeping was the best.

Food is not the strong suit of this hotel. I understand that being an all inclusive hotel the gastronomic proposal is not gourmet but it could be a little better. The only dish that I loved was the Moqueca. The facilities and the service kind of make up for it though. I found some bugs in my room so that is something that could improve. The kids club is nice for parents, and for children as well.

Food was just *okay*. Beds- matrresses, very hard. Small - expected, its europe! Staff in buffet wonderful When enjoying adult only pool, a lot of walking to the bar that offers varuety of drinks... beer, wine & water only located at adult pool...i think this needs some thought. Lots of families and children at this resort. 10 min walk to beach.
