Comfortable and quiet

This is a very well situated apartment with fantastic views. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and it's literally across the road from the beach and walking trails. I would rent it again if I return to Portimao.

Excellent location and view

From the moment we arrived (early) we were welcomed and able to store luggage- went for a walk, coffee and pastry then John advised the condo was ready- we loved sitting on the balcony in the warm sun looking at the ocean- beautiful Easy to get around on the local bus to shop etc Bed was comfy and kitchen had what we needed (although bigger wine glasses would be nice 😊)

Relaxing vacation.

Our 4th time in Portimao. Hospitality from the host was great. Check-in process was ideal. View was better than expected. A great location just far enough away from the restaurant/bar noises on the strip. Quiet and safe appartement block. Will try and re-book here if we return to Algarve. -Guy & Julie

The apartment was spacious and clean and well equipped. Dish soap provided was watered down though and starting toilet paper was two half rolls. For 1 euro more they could have been a little more generous.eurproperty could gie

L'appartement est conforme aux photos, lumineux, spacieux, la vue sur la mer est splendide, géographiquement bien situé par rapport aux différents lieux à visiter (villages, randonnées, restaurant, courses alimentaires ...). Frédériqua et Joao sont des hôtes remarquables, très accueillants, bienveillants, disponibles, serviables et discrets. En revanche l'appartement présente quelques soucis. En effet, situé à proximité d'un axe très roulant (même la nuit) et proche d'un rond-point (cf. plan google), donc énormément de bruits quand vous êtes sur le blacon à tel point que vous ne profitez pas pleinement de la vue qui vous est offerte. L'isolement au niveau accoustique de l'appartement avec les autres appartements laisse à désirer et les bruits de pas ou de musique de la part des voisins (qui ne sont pas forcément directement au-dessus de l'appartement) peuvent vite devenir désagréables. A part cela tout a été parfait.

Praia da Rocha

This property was like the pictures on the website but the view was even better than shown. A short walk across the street for access to the most amazing beaches. Close proximity by car to so many interesting places in the Algarve. Hosts were eager to please and interesting to talk with; if we needed anything, there were there quickly to oblige. Condo is clean, large window to enjoy the view, modern furniture and most important to us, a comfortable bed. Safe underground parking as well as outside parking. Definitely a great place to stay. Fantastic

We spent a week in this light, bright and comfortable appartment. Communication before and after booking was great, fast and effiient. From the living room and large loggia-balcony you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean, just across the street. Parking place in the building and also a spot outside (behind fence). Kitchen provides everything you need to cook for yourself. There is a dishwascher and a washingmachine. The appartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. We could live here! Joao was very friendly and helped us quickly and efficiently where we had questions and remarks. One of the best places we have ever stayed in Algarve. Thank you so much guys! Hubert amd Nicole

Super endroit pour visiter l’Algarve

Excellent service. Frederica que nous avons rencontrée à notre arrivée nous a transmis plusieurs recommandations sur place. Elle est demeurée accessible à nos demandes durant tout notre séjour. Bel appartement très clair avec vue sur l’océan. Très fidèle aux photos et même plus près de la plage que nous pensions. Juste une rue à traverser pour aller à la plage de Rocha d’un côté (très achalandée) et de três Castillos de l’autre (plus calme). Secteur un peu en retrait de la rue commerciale touristique très bondée et bruyante alors plus calme et plus tranquille ce qui est formidable. Nous avons adoré et vous recommande cet endroit.

Lovely apartment, clean and in a beautiful location!

We've just returned from a lovely week in this apartment.. Everything we needed. Clean, airy apartment, quiet and safe, with a sea view. Just across the road from a beautiful beach (there are lots of steps down to the beach but it's worth it). Lots of lovely restaurants nearby to enjoy. Joao was very helpful, met us at the apartment and settled us in, then again at the end if our stay. We would definately recommend and re book.
