New Years 2025

Comfortable, cozy and incredibly stylish. This cabin had everything you need and more. We enjoyed the hot tub, hiking trails and fire pit. Thank you to our host. Wonderful place to ring in the New Year!

This cabin is so unique. You feel so peaceful and relaxed. If you like the outdoors, this place is for you! You have easy access to the greenway trail. Just need to walk outback. You have hammocks you can align from and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. The screened in porch is so welcoming! You can sip your coffee and enjoy the sunrise.the hot tub is a must!! Very relaxing!! You can have a few drinks and hang out by the fire!! The big tube is so great to relax and soak away your worries! Just an amazing place to escape to!!

Cozy Perfection

Not one detail has been missed in this perfectly cozy cabin. We stayed with our 3 kids and the hot tub & under the stairs bed nook were a hit. The details are what make this space amazing. The oven, shower, bedding, hand soap, dish soap, blankets- everything has a luxurious feel to it. Can’t wait to come back in the warmer weather to enjoy the screened in porch! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Stay

The 19A Cabin is a dream. It's a perfect blend of luxury and rustic comfort, with every detail well thought out. The rooms were very comfortable, and the porch with the swing bed was our favorite place to be. We enjoyed hiking right out the back door and Letchworth Park was just a quick drive down the road. My family loved our stay and would love to come back again.

Another wonderful DELL property

We have stayed at the RW How barn several times, but this was our first visit to Cabin 19A. Another great property and relaxing stay. The Cabin was beautiful - we especially loved the screened in porch and swing! Can't wait to stay again and try any other property Dell Collective offers. Amanda's attention to detail and response exceeds any "Superhost" we have ever dealt with. Thank you for another wonderful stay. Looking forward to the next one.

The cabin is so impressive! Our favorite part was the screened porch. A couple nice additions would be a clock in the upstairs bedroom, and some kids cups. We hope to be back. Such a well through out space. Thank you!

Awesome Expirience

Charm for days. No detail overlooked. This place was amazing. Our kids absolutely loved the nook bed. We loved being able to walk out the back door and immediately be on a hiking trail. Everything was beautiful decorated and brand new. Great kitchen amenities and appliances. The only problem is now my wife wants our house to look exactly like this place so it will end up being an expensive trip.

The BEST getaway

It is hard to summarize what a beautiful, clean, comfortable space this is in a short review. Everything was thought of and at our fingertips. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need to cook, the beds are like clouds and the space is so spotless and tastefully decorated I felt like we were in a magazine. Without a doubt we will stay again and make use of the gorgeous porch and hot tub. Oh, what a delight this was. Everything was easy and worth every penny!

We so enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen/living room lived up to its billing. Had lots of great cooking vessels and utensils and the appliances were top- notch. I loved using the large kitchen table to prepare and eat our meals and I had all the needed utensils and equipment to do so. All of the rooms were thoughtfully and beautifully appointed. The large screened-in porch was also a beautiful space to enjoy and much needed as we had lots of rainy weather. I could have used a few strategically placed hooks at the entrances, to hang coats, and in the bedrooms to hang our clothing and towels. The beds were quite comfortable and the decor was unique and eye-catching. We all appreciated the flannel shirts that were provided. Made our cool mornings lots more cozy. Amanda was quick to answer any questions and offer info on local stores and restaurants. Check in was easy- peasy. Guests should know the stairs are pretty steep and w one bathroom on the top floor you have to be able to manage them. The backyard right off the back porch was great for our dog to run and play.

One word: amazing

We traveled the country staying at VRBO’s. There’s a small part of me that does not want to give this property a good review as once the word gets out this place will be booked nonstop and year-round. This property was by far the best we have ever stayed at. You have literally everything you need from the minute you walk in the door. Attention to detail is an understatement. Communication with the host was amazing. I can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful stay

Was beautiful and relaxing. Loved the robes, flannels on the porch, doggy basket and blankets. Everything was well thought of and beautiful. Only suggestions would be if you vould squeeze a small toliet/sink downstairs where the storage was, that would be amazing and to have a little can outback or luke the camping can/poop bag stand to easily toss dog bags. I feel so bad I had my sitting aside I was going to look gor outdoor can and ended up checking out and leaving the bag near the steps for your cleaners :( sincerest apologies! Hottub was beautiful, luckily no one walked by but a privacy hedge could be an alternative? Loved the dog water bowl filler, all the spices and cool collected glasses, mugs. Large plastic wrap was amazing, access to laundry and the downstairs view of sunrise from the room is breathtaking. Beautiful place!!

Amazing Retreat!!!

From the moment we walked in the door, we knew that we were in for the perfect mini-moon experience! Everything was sparkling clean and so much detail to the look and feel of the cabin. We spent most of our time on the beautiful screened in porch, listening to the birds and watching the wildlife. We took advantage of the hot tub one night, too! It was private and peaceful and Amanda really thinks of everything to make her guests feel all the comforts of home. We also appreciate how convenient it was to explore both Letchworth and The Greenway Trail! We took advantage of both. We also enjoyed lunch at the Club at Silver Lake, a beer in town at Silver Lake Brewing Project and pizza from Charcoal Corral (the Greek pizza was so tasty!) . Thank you, Amanda!!! We will certainly be back.
