Very beautiful, comfortable country house "Tenuta Margherita", 2 storeys, detached, built in 1905, renovated in 2021, surrounded by trees and vineyards. 1.5 km from the centre of Portacomaro, 4 km from the centre of Asti, outside the resort, 30 km from the centre of Alba, in a sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), south-west facing position. Private: property 3'000 m2 with trees, meadow, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 1 - depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking (for 4 cars). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Portacomaro" 1.5 km, railway station "Asti" 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Ein Original!

Es ist ein sehr schön renoviertes Haus. Der Eigentümer hat den Charakter des Hauses erhalten. Man hat das Gefühl in einem original-italienischen Bauernhaus zu wohnen. Das Haus steht in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber trotzdem zentral, d.h. alle sehenswerten Orte sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet, jedoch ohne den Charme eines Bauernhauses zu überfrachten. Genau richtig um Ruhe, Entspannung und die italienrischen Köstlichkeiten zu genießen.

Fantastisk hus

Vi har holdt ferie en uge i dette flotte og fantastiske hus. Vi blev budt velkommen af S. som gav en flot præsentation af huset og omgivelserne. Huset er flot og gennemført restaureret med respekt for de originale detaljer. Individuel aircondition i alle rum. Lækker pool og lækre overdækkede terrasser. Dejlig og rolige omgivelser. Alt virkede perfekt og der var rent overalt. Perfekt feriebolig for to familier. Vi håber, at vende tilbage til Tenuta Margherita igen engang.
