Very Humid Room, and humidity smell. The water is yellow, they should give drinking water bottles to guest. The room was clean. But the property is outdated. Our room 120 the door came out to a beat up garage and junk. Broken chairs to sit on.it just needs a little love to become a great property.

Average to good stay.

The hotel is situated in a good location to go to the sites and towns in that area. Right on the highway. Comfortable beds and large room. Restaurant on site that we used for breakfast and one supper. Good food, good service, reasonable prices. However, other things were not up to standard. Two lights were not working and we reported the first one (didn’t get fixed). One sink was not working and that was identified with a note from the hotel. The other sink drained real slow by the end of our stay and we reported that. One of our tv’s needed a new box in order to work. Manager fixed it and that was appreciated. Rooms were not very soundproof and we could hear talking in the next room. Our toilet was a hit and miss for flushing. Housekeeping service was subpar. Our beds never got made at all and we informed the front desk twice. I don’t think our place got vacuumed. Towel service was supplied and she kept bringing additional toiletries which we didn’t need. It was strange! I talked with the owner/manager and we ended up with a 15% reduction on our room. It was appreciated that he did this.

Upon arrival for 15 mins, it was found the sink doesn’t flow water smoothly and water goes away ver slowly. Once reported, the staff seems not accepting the fact. We tolerated them with promising to fix tomorrow. But after we found the bottom part started to leak the water and messed the washroom floor everywhere, we had to report again but no response. Next day we came back room later after 4:00and it was fixed but the staff didn’t feel anything sorry for that. I would not think the staff is friendly at all. Wouldn’t recommend this unless no other choice.

We stayed for 3 nights while exploring the area of Bonavista. The Inn is clean and convenient to Port Union historical sites. The halls and lobby are being renovated but our room was nicely updated. The attached restaurant had a good variety of options for breakfast and supper. Enjoyed our stay!
