The beautiful two storey townhouse offers panoramic water views looking out the headland and a gorgeous sandy beach straight out your back door, the amazing location and property attributes will make you want to come back time and time and time again.
Plenty of comfortable accommodation for eight guests spread over two levels, this townhouse is perfect for families and couples. Entry to the property is from the road and garage level, only one step and you are in the spacious open plan living area with ceiling fans, vibrant cane lounge suite, large flat screen TV, DVD, dining setting and spectacular water views.
Sliding glass doors take you out onto the covered balcony with a stunning outdoor setting, gas BBQ and the relaxing sounds of the ocean. Very well-equipped stylish kitchen with granite bench-tops, under-bench oven, stove-top, microwave, dishwasher and a family full size fridge and freezer. The main bedroom is also on this level, this room has a king size bed, linen and bed making, and views over the communal courtyard and landscaped grounds, there is also a stunning bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles on this level with a shower, vanity and toilet.
An internal staircase takes you down to the tiled, air-conditioned family room which has a flat screen TV and lounge. Sliding doors open out onto the covered patio with sun lounges and an outdoor lounge area to laze back and enjoy the peaceful and breathtaking water views, the only thing between you and the water's edge is the grassed reserve. Two bedrooms both with linen and bed making are located downstairs and the main bathroom which provides a shower over the bath, vanity and separate toilet.
The property provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine, dryer and full ironing facilities and a double lock-up garage.
Salamander Village shops is only a short level walk away where you will find the bakery, local butcher, Chinese and Thai restaurants and the bottle shop. Soldiers Point Bowling Club is only minutes down the road by car where guests are welcomed to dine in the bistro with a fantastic children's playground.

Great property let down by simple issues
This a wonderful property which is let down by a few simple issues. Having no wifi in this day and age is simply absurd. The linen service was very pricey considering we had to make all the beds ourselves (never experienced this before through dozens of stayz experiences). The bunks beds are very difficult to make the whole thing really puts a dampener on the first few hours of being on ‘holidays’ - such a chore, who wants to start a holiday this way? Particularly after playing extra. The cleanliness of the property was not great either, there were dead cockroaches in a few rooms, tgere was a lot of dust and the glass sliding doors were not cleaned - they were covered in streaks. In particular the BBQ was filthy - so much so we did not use it. All of the controllers for the fans were out of batteries so we could not use them or their lights. There was also very little toilet paper, and no broom in the house (other than a dustpan) It is a real pity that all of these issues let down the property, as we would absolutely be back otherwise. The location and the building itself are great. I strongly urge the property owner to rectify these issues.

The apartment is extremely dirty - floors and windows are dirty and grimy. Bathrooms dirty with someone’s underwear left in the corner next to the vanity undiscovered by lazy cleaners. The lights in bedroom and bathroom downstairs don’t work half the time so we had to use those rooms in the dark at night. The upstairs leather lounge is absolutely filthy. There were cockroaches inside so the whole place is in need of a a deep clean and pest control. The only thing positive thing about this place is the beach access. There are much cleaner places to stay along Soldier’s Point Road than this place. I’ve raised the issues with the property managers but have not had a reply. Extremely disgusted and disappointed at having paid so much money to stay in such a dirty place.

Fantastic location is what saves this listing
Overall appearance looks good but the lounge furniture is disgustingly filthy, the bathroom had barely been cleaned, glasses and dishes were all dirty - very disappointing for the price they are charging. If it wasn’t for the beach outside the door we would have gone somewhere else.
