Situated on an acre of Gulf-front property, guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the ocean from the large windows and spacious balconies. The home's private boardwalk leads directly to the pristine white sand beaches and sparkling waves of South Cape San Blas at Indian Pass. After soaking up the sun on the beach, guests can relax in the hot tub that cascades into a large, private, solar-heated pool. The screen-enclosed pool house features a half bath and covered lanai, complete with a picnic table and ceiling fans.
Each floor of the home is fully equipped with its own kitchen, laundry area, living room, dining room, four bedrooms with en suite baths, and an additional half bath. An exterior elevator and staircase provide convenient access to both living spaces from the covered parking area.
The lower condo, SeaScape, located on the first floor, features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with breathtaking views of the Gulf through three large sliding glass doors. The well-equipped kitchen includes a granite breakfast bar, and the solid-wood dining table seats up to 10. As the sun sets, guests can sink into plush leather furniture and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV, or step outside onto the expansive balcony to enjoy grilling before snuggling up on the porch swing to listen to the sound of crashing waves. The two primary king bedrooms, located just off the living area, offer stunning Gulf views, while the bunk room and an additional guest bedroom—with a king-sized bed—provide more sleeping options.
The upper condo, SunScape, located on the second floor boasts high-arched ceilings and a wall of windows that offer spectacular views of the Gulf. The upper unit features the same elegant design and amenities as the first floor, including another full kitchen, laundry, open living and dining area, four more bedrooms with en suite baths, and a half bath. The large, partially covered deck features a gas grill, dining table, and plenty of seating, making it the perfect place for a meal under the stars.

The Indian Pass Raw Bar and the Indian Pass General Store are within walking distance, and the ferry to St. Vincent Island is just down the road. You can also drive to nearby Port Saint Joe or Apalachicola for more restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions.

Up to 4 well-behaved dogs or cats are allowed (2 on each floor) for an additional non-refundable fee of $100 per pet.

The pool is solar-heated, with water temperature varying based on weather conditions. The spa is equipped with a heat pump that requires an ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher to operate.
