This vacation rental home is a short walk to the beach. The property features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with ample parking including boat parking. The nearby Mexico Beach boat ramp provides boat launching, trailer storage, fish cleaning tables, and carcass disposal system. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking needs. The front deck offers sunset views, while the side deck includes a grilling area. Book now to plan your beach getaway.


CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
