Located in a very convenient area to access Port St Joe and Mexico Beach. Quiet and safe neighborhood with a nice place to grill in the privacy fence area. The host was very helpful and prompt in responding when we had questions. One suggestion to improve visitor comfort. Replace the existing Walmart futon with something more comfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will be repeat customers.
