Cottage by the Sea- Short walk to the beach!

Cottage by the Sea - This is a traditional Florida style beach cottage. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a full size bed, and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. This home is within walking distance to the Gulf's white sandy beaches. Visitors can bring a book and a chair to relax on the beach, or stroll along the shore. Surf fishing and boating are also available with ample boat parking provided. Restaurants and entertainment options are nearby. Guests can grill their catch of the day and spend time with family and friends after a day at the beach. This unit accommodates up to 6 people.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
