We had a lovely time in this heritage accommodation. Our host Sophie was welcoming, delightful and helpful. The property has plenty of character with art in every corner, a library, sitting room and a large garden. Dinner was delicious and good value. The beach is just across the road.

The place was amazing. It has an old world charm but the bed was extremely comfy. I had the most amazing sleep. Plus an amazing continental breakfast. Yum. Well worth a visit or to do a wedding ceremony there. They also have the 3 beautiful and loving big dogs that walk around with the native animals. The dogs are so gentle. The peacocks and other birds are amazing The ocean can be seen from the property but it us only a short walk to a beautiful beach that a lot of people walk their dogs. Love to go again

Our stay at Hawley House was one of the most superb we can remember anywhere. Sophie was very welcoming and obliging - an all-round excellent hostess. Quality accommodation in well-cared-for but still very warm and homely environment. Fantastic views and easy access to both bush and beach make Hawley House very hard to beat. What an amazing old/historically listed property in a beautiful part of our state. Sophie (and her 3 puppies) made check-in and check-out very enjoyable. Our youngest son had so much fun playing with the dogs throughout our stay. Breakfast was very enjoyable and appreciated :)
