It was easy to find. The front desk lady was kind and helpful. She appeared to care and enjoyed helpimg guest. The room was large and clean. The bath tub faucet leaked water so badly that it wasn't dripping, it was a continuous stream from the spigot to the tub bottom. It had been doing it a while as the tub had a rust stain. Housekeeping should have reported it as it's a waste of water and an unnecessary expense that hurts the hotel's bottom line. I reported it and hopefully it is fixed soon. I'd stay there again.

entered lobby- sign on the doors reads microwave broken. Also, due to high volume, no early check-in. Signage isn’t customer service. It’s lazy and has a don’t bother me vibe. Hotel staff having computer problems. Does not acknowledge me sitting on couch 8’ from front desk counter. Beat up office door missing slates. In room, drain gaping open and shower head nasty looking. Crazy rules about no guests visiting the property (not just overnight) without notification at check in. Signage with threats of eviction without refund for rule infractions on signage at front desk. Lots of no smoking on property. Designated area in parking area. Maybe a nice dedicated smoking area would eliminate loitering in hallways adjacent to the parking area.
