Dear Brian, We are pet friendly, we have limited pet friendly rooms however, and those are located downstairs, the signs you are referring to are located upstairs. We don't have pet rooms upstairs.

Sorry you were disappointed with your stay. The hotel is under different ownership and brands from previous years stays. As we don't have a maintenance person on staff 24/7 and have been sold out lately we weren't able to have your sink fixed as soon as we would have liked or switch you to a different room. We hope that you will give us a try again the next time you're in the area so that you can see we are improving. Thank you for your input as we do appreciate it.
