Comes up as "pet friendly" on Travelocity, but there's a big NO PETS ALLOWED sign on display in the hallway.

Dear Brian, We are pet friendly, we have limited pet friendly rooms however, and those are located downstairs, the signs you are referring to are located upstairs. We don't have pet rooms upstairs.

We have been staying at this hotel every time we come to Port Orchard over the past ten years. This time we had to pay a deposit, which we gave never paid before. There room looked clean. There were staines on the top sheet. The plug for the sink wouldn’t work. I told the front desk and she said someone would fix it the next day. So the sink filled with dirty water from hand washing and teeth brushing. We were just really disappointed with this visit. We will probably look for a different hotel to stay in the next time we come to town.

Sorry you were disappointed with your stay. The hotel is under different ownership and brands from previous years stays. As we don't have a maintenance person on staff 24/7 and have been sold out lately we weren't able to have your sink fixed as soon as we would have liked or switch you to a different room. We hope that you will give us a try again the next time you're in the area so that you can see we are improving. Thank you for your input as we do appreciate it. It helps us learn what we need to improve.

The room was not clean. There was mold along the shower, the floors were sticky and dirty, the walls were covered in dirt, and a lot of things were stained pink. That is just some of the problems we had. The front desk staff were really nice though. I probably wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Overall great experience and very cleanly. Very adorable and staff was really nice. My room was very nice and it was definetly worth my money. I would definetly recommend this hotel to anybody especially for the price.

The hotel is in dire need of a remodel. The pool was extremely cloudy. Our room had a horrible smell . had to go to the store for air freshners just to tolerate it. Molding was missing in bathroom. Very dirty place. Definately overpriced for what it is

The sheets were dirty when i went to put granddaughter to bed...gross! The toilet was not dirty but would run water periodically throughout the night. Dresser drawer was broken. Never thought do do a walk through in a hotel so didnt get charged for broken things! (No they did not charge me)

Staff very friendly and attentive. Would recommend carpets be shampooed more often as bottom of feet turned black walking around barefoot.

Older hotel but not lacking in comfort. clean room. Day and night check in Staff were both awesome and friendly. Would suggest better gluten free breakfast options. Maybe rice or corn chex cereal. I would recommend this hotel to all.
