Very indifferent front desk staff. Seldom smiled, begrudging attitude while checking in. Our experience started with opening the door to our room only to find it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Went downstairs to inform the desk staff and they immediately changed the room but never extended the common courtesy of even saying "I'm sorry" or anything else. Again, indifferent and uncaring.

Check-in was slow, attendant was single staffed and not at counter. Dog barking in middle of night was an irritant. Breakfast staff overhear telling guests to not make a mess on counter. Bathroom corners of room were dirty.

This property is older. It does not have regular ac they are wall units and it does not keep the temperature constant. You get hot and cold and hot and cold with in minutes. The sheets are not breathable so it makes it worse. I ended up having to go back home in the middle of the night cuz I could not sleep
