Beautiful house
Beautiful house beautiful property, there is no working Jacuzzi, also it’s very hard to get hot water for showering . There are many hidden rooms which is pretty wild and some rooms that you cannot get to. They advertise that there is a games and gym equipment these are not accessible . Make sure if you’re going to stay you get things like salt and pepper coffee . There are no condiments House is gorgeous, area is safe. Sound system doesn’t work and lights need to be fixed. Also people randomly come inside house daily as well as to clean the pool. Scared us a few times we woke up and someone was in the kitchen. There is a great food delivery service. The hidden bedroom in master makes you feel safer. Getting taxi service is not easy. We loved sitting by pool at night, our first night there was no bugs at all our fourth night. There were plenty of bugs which attracted a lot of bats which was wild to just watch them swoop around.

Family vacation
We were a group of 11 people ranging from 2 to 67. The house was larger than expected and the online photos did not do the property justice. On the second day One of the air conditioners stopped working ( I counted eight units in total) Krystel, the property manager was on site within hours and the problem was fixed without inconvenience to anyone. On the second day I clipped a gate sensor and destroyed the housing. The cost to repair was about 80.00 Canadian, which I found reasonable and Krystel looked after completely. The only thing we found lacking was a metal spatula to flip hamburgers and pancakes. We mentioned it to Krystel and I am certain one will be there for the next guest. Krystel was a dream to deal with. Efficient, pleasant always courteous and very responsive to all our requests. The sort of person one hopes for but does not always get. I can recommend this house and Krystel and her team to anyone. You will be well looked after.
