This 4-bedroom property is a hidden gem just off the main streets of Port Fairy. The property has an open plan living and dining room with floor to ceiling windows to let in the light. Sofas made for curling up in front of a good movie, enjoy a quiet glass of wine in your back garden or take a stroll around the lake just behind the house.
The first two bedrooms off the living space both contain 2 singles each. The third bedroom is a spacious King bed next to the large bathroom and toilet, with separate shower and bath. This house also has a second separate powder room. The master bedroom contains a King Bed and small seated area with TV. This bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in shower and toilet.
Lyons Cottage is newly renovated and perfectly positioned for everything Port Fairy has to offer. A two minute walk takes you to cafes and restaurants, bring down your bike and enjoy a leisurely ride down the rail track. On the weekends enjoy the local farmers and community markets close by at railway place and in winter take time out to test out Port Fairy's Winter Weekend offerings.
