Beyond its prime, but had a nice time.

Yes, the place needs a lick of paint, yes some of the staff were a bit unfriendly, yes the food wasn't great, etc... but all in all had a very nice time in this hotel and, with a 20% reduction, it was good value for money. Overall, not the greatest hotel, but a nice atmosphere. And Port El Kantaoui is a nice place to spend some time with small children.

Idéal pour es familles

Hôtel dans son ensemble qui répond aux éléments annoncés. Par contre, il reçoit 90% de clients non-francophones, ce qui peut être un peu décevant concernant les rencontres et les échanges. Le Mini-club est bien vivant et l'équipe d'animation bien dans son rôle sans pour autant être pesante.

Ok hotelli, samoin henkilökunta. Mahdollisuus pelata minigolfia, petankia, tennistä hotellin reunamilla. Allasalueella oli pieni lasten allas, ihan iso normiallas ja viisi liukumäkeä omalla altaalla, riittävästi tuoleja, pyyhkeitä sai panttia vastaan, hyvää musiikki ja paljon erilaisia animotion- tiimin järjestämiä pelejä ja kilpailuja päivittäin. Ruoka ja juomat myös ok. Hotellin ranta-alue siisti ja siellä oli rantabaari, josta sai naposteltavaa ja juomia. Hotellista kävelymatkan päässä kaunis satama-alue. Golf-kentät tien toisella puolella.

Personnel de service au restaurant et aux bars est parfois impoli voire même agressif, cas exemple du serveur nizar au bar piscine... Le chef personnel doit chercher des solutions à ces problèmes d agressivité et de démotivation, j ai vu plusieurs clients se regarder stupéfaits de certains comportements, et svp mettez en place un cahier de réclamations dans certains endroits stratégiques, cela poussera le personnel à être plus discipline
