Nestled along a tranquil canal, you’ll enjoy waterfront access, perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, or simply relaxing by the water. 10 min drive to exclusive Boca Grande, dining and beaches. Nearby Rotunda West Golf Course.

The home features an open floor plan, large living area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom is designed for comfort, offering ample storage and privacy, while the master suite comes with an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The spacious backyard, enclosed lanai and dock are ideal for outdoor dining or soaking up the Florida sunshine. The rental property is equipped with two exterior security cameras. Both cameras are located on the outside of the house and are positioned to oversee the front and rear of the the property. Quiet neighborhood

This very clean home was located in a quiet neighborhood and offered a hint of Florida with the canal in the back. We used it as our base in the evenings as the guys went golfing and I went to the beach and shopped. Would definitely book, again, if in the area. Thanks for hosting!

Lillian Lagoon

The stay 2/13-3/13, 2025 was very enjoyable because of the leisure it presented. It is in a very safe location, the interior was thoughtfully created, the view of the canal was beautiful from the family room and screened in porch. Very nice property.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Port Charlotte! The house was so clean, had everything we needed and more. The canal front location was stunning, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. We loved spending time by the canal.The host, Ziggy, was responsive, friendly, and had everything ready for our arrival. The neighborhood is so peaceful and very close to Boca Grande, among other great spots. This home exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a Florida getaway. We will definitely be back!
