We was disappointed with our recent stay My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and had looked forward to a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, the reality fell far short of expectations We were assigned a handicap accessible room, which was very dark and not what we had booked. The shower had a loose piece on the wall that was about to fall off, and to make matters worse, we encountered a cockroach in the bathroom an unacceptable issue in any hotel. Additionally, the staff member who assisted us at the front desk that evening was rude and unhelpful, which added unnecessary stress to an already disappointing situation. We had specifically chosen a higher rated room, hoping for a more comfortable experience. We stay at the hotel two weeks ago but this time it was unpleasant

We checked out immediately. It’s so dirty and stink. I want a refund. The customer service is horrible. She didn’t even ask why we wanted to check out immediately. She must be used to it. Shame on u. The walls are dirty. The elevator floor is broken wood. The shower door is disgustingly dirty

Here is what would have raised our score: more, normal size pillows on the beds, someone who would clean the pool periodically and mixing up the Continental breakfast. The rooms seems updated to some extent but the halls were definitely outdated and smelled musty.
