The property was located in Lake Sutherland, which is a great location when going to Olympic National Park.
The cabin was subpar. When it was time for us to sleep, we found that all the sheets and pillowcases were not changed or laundered. They smelled of the previous person’s sweat, body odor, and saliva from the last visit. Even the change of sheets and blankets from the cabinets are smelly. I even searched if there was a laundromat in Forks or Port Angeles so I can wash the sheets myself. But I realized this was not my job as a guest, and that the host should have cleaned properly.
The floors are not swept or vacuumed, or even mopped. There are bits of dirt on the floor.
The bathroom was also not cleaned. There are hairs in the shower. There are still garbage in the bathroom bin that was not thrown out.
We had to clean the whole cabin ourselves for around 2 hours just to make it decent.
This is not worth its price when compared to the location, and you are probably better off with another similar place that is cleaner. The dirtiness of this place dampened our stay.
