We love sharing Earthward Farm with our guests. When we remodeled the Frontier Farmhouse, we tried to create the kind of place we’d want to stay ourselves—comfortable, thoughtful and connected to the beautiful surroundings.

Frontier Farmhouse sits in the quiet Agnew area between Port Angeles and Sequim, surrounded by farmland with views toward the Olympic Mountains and Strait of Juan de Fuca.

We’re just a few miles from Highway 101 and close to the Olympic Discovery Trail, making it easy to head out for hiking, walking and mountain biking. Beaches, tide pools, kayaking and other water adventures are also a short drive away.

Olympic National Park is within easy reach, including Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent, Marymere Falls, Salt Creek and Sol Duc.

For groceries and local food, Sunny Farms is nearby, along with Agnew Grocery and local lavender farms and wineries. Port Angeles and Sequim are both close enough for restaurants, shopping and supplies.

The location makes a great year-round home base: explore the mountains, trails and waterways during the day, then come back to the farm, soak in the hot tub and watch the sunset.

You’ll have private access to the entire Frontier Farmhouse and its guest areas during your stay.

Your personal door code will be provided before check-in, so you can arrive and settle in easily.

The Frontier Farmhouse

Frontier Farmhouse is a light-filled, modern farmhouse designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the country.

The open living area has views toward the Olympic Mountains, a woodstove for cozy evenings, ductless heating and cooling, and a smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including coffee, tea, cream, farm-fresh eggs, spices and cooking oil.

Primary bedroom: California King bed with blackout shades.

Second bedroom: Two twin beds, blackout shades, a small closet with games.

Living & Dining

The dining table seats four, while the living room provides a comfortable place to relax after a day exploring the Peninsula.

The bathroom features custom tile and the essentials you’ll need for your stay.

Step outside to enjoy the mountain and Strait views, private hot tub, cedar sauna, BBQ and fire pit.

The farmhouse is surrounded by farmland, giving you a quiet rural setting while keeping you close to Port Angeles, Sequim and Olympic National Park.

The nearby Olympic Discovery Trail is great for walking, hiking and mountain biking, while beaches, lakes and waterways offer plenty of options for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing and beachcombing.

After your adventures, come back to the farm, fire up the grill, soak in the hot tub and watch the evening settle over the mountains.

A few things to know

From May 15 through September, firewood is not stocked for the indoor woodstove, but firewood for the outdoor fire pit is provided.

Because we’re close to the Strait of Juan de Fuca, summer weather can be wonderfully comfortable but also breezy and cooler at times due to marine air. We recommend bringing a light layer, even on warm days.

The hot tub is maintained at approximately 104°F and is available year-round.

Before your stay, you’ll be asked to complete a short pre-arrival form and agree to our rental conditions.
