The room was not vacuumed and no hooks to hang towels up. If you stay more than 1 night they do not come and empty garbage or clean room. Very loud place to stay.

It was the worst experience we ever had in over 54 years of traveling. The bed was broken down to the point that sleeping was difficult. The bathroom door was filthy and had missing veneer on its lower portion. No mirror over the bathroom sink, broken freezer compartment in the refrigerator, and even the tv remote control was missing the portion that covered its battery compartment. It was room 121.

Nice and clean and great towels

Flight was late so we arrived very late, 3am. They had a number to call if you arrived late and they came out and helped us check in. Room is older but very clean. Sheets were a little on the work side, but bed was super comfy and pillows while also not the most appealing looking were more than satisfactory. Bathroom was fine. Shower looked like it had a facelift recently and performed very well. Nice water pressure. Great tempature control and the best part, the towels. Oh my, you never get towels this soft at a bargain stay. Overall, while the layout was all 80’s with some upgrades in the right places, and it didn’t all match up, it was cozy, clean and those towels, were worth it. If all rooms have those towels, kudos for putting some money in the right spot. By the way, don’t think about taking those towels or anything else. There is a warning in the room about doing this and how much you will be charged. Cash customers can expect a hefty deposit. They run a nice place and while it may be dated it’s worth a stay for sure. Thank you and sorry for the late arrival.

The room was supposed to be non smoking, the minute we entered the room smelled of stale smoke to the point of it triggeringt my asthma, my husbands cough and our clothing smelled of smoke the next day. We arrived late and the room was prepaid or we would have left. Other hotel in area was full. The next morning when I brought it up to staff, she was apathetic and made excuses. No discount or restitution was offered. Very disappointing.
