I had read the hotel was older but remodeled and I was pretty surprised what shape our room was in. Peeling paint, stains and overall cleanliness was poor. Bed was clean. Very poor parking and front counter barely acknowledged our arrival

The WiFi almost never worked and when it did it broke up and stopped. Noisy too every time someone walked past room it’s was very loud especially sound if wheels like cleaning trolley

The room was clean overall, but I always check for bedbugs (none here that I could see) in hotels and when I pulled back the cushion on the chair, it’s just grime and debris- it needs to be vacuumed big time, just really gross. The caulk around the tub is black with mold, which is just super unpleasant to look at. The worst part though is there seems to be a short of some kind in the lamp next to the bed, which we didn’t discover until about 2:30 this morning when a light starting flashing sporadically in the room, and we couldn’t actually figure out where it was coming from until about 3. Been wide awake since then. I chose this hotel because it looked decent in the pics and had fairly favorable reviews, but I wouldn’t come back. Also, no iron or ironing board in the rooms- we were able to get an ancient iron from the front desk, but they do not possess an ironing board, just something to keep in mind if you like to iron your clothes after traveling. Finally, if you are a light sleeer, bring ear plugs. Between the road noise, the harbor noise, and the people in the room upstairs, it’s a lot.

Very run down property- pool closed in August 2025 and unclean. Abysmal for the price. This is a very run down property- dirty bathtub and bathroom walls, rusted interior of fridge and when we encountered a clogged toilet (no usual use) - we were told there isn’t a maintenance person and were offered a plunger. I pushed for a solution given the total price for the room was over $200 with tax and feed (and the pool area is closed as of August 2025). I was told “it’s not a plumbing problem”. When you use a restroom as intended and then cannot use it, it’s a plumbing problem.

Seems like a nice place to take your cousin for your honeymoon. The room condition is rough especially the bathroom. The pool is out of order which is part of the reason we picked this property. There’s a lovely letter in the room about not using the towels to clean fish or dye your hair.

Late check-in due to flight delay. Front desk was willing to wait and additional 15 minutes past the lobby closing time for us, Thank you!!! Unfortunately, we requested a 2-bed room for 3 people, there was only 1 bed and a pull-out couch. Which would have been ok, except there was not set of bed sheets for it! The room needs major updating and better care.

It had a bad smell as soon as I walked in the door. The looked like it hadn’t been washed from the last guest. Wrinkled, torn sheets with a gross thin comforter/blanket. I pulled back the sheets to inspect the mattress, no bugs but stained & glitter & confetti in the seems. Black mold in the seal of the tub & behind the toilet. The bathroom door was peeled at the bottom. The entry door had no safety lock or peep hole.The lampshades had holes in them. I really wanted to use the pool on an 86• day, put it wasn’t open. I’m surprised Expedia would sell this on their website.

The property is conveniently located near Olympia National Park. The staff was friendly. The room was clean with new looking bathroom fixtures but the bathroom door had a rather large hole, no deadbolt on the exterior door and the room looked recently painted still looked dated. The area appeared pretty safe with ample parking. The people above my room kept stomping throughout the very early morning.

We rented 2 rooms. Besides the rooms smelling like painted over smoke and the mildew buildup in the showers only one of our rooms was fine. The other room had NO WORKING AC. When we arrived at the hotel I figured we would turn on the ac and go out to dinner and once we get back the room would be fresh. WRONG! When I went to talk to the front desk they told me there was nothing the could do about it as they had to “check it first” so the worker in the front desk followed me to the room and confirmed I was telling the truth and called the maintenance worker that the ac wasn’t working and our room was “Boiling”. When I asked about switching us rooms he told me he couldn’t cause they were booked up for the night, I then asked if they could get us a fan and he said “yea sure” after he brought us the fan he told me that the worker would be here soon to fix the ac. He took over 45 min. Be mindful I have 3 children that at this point were super fussy due to the heat and that was after 2 showers in the night to help cool them down. Once the maintenance worker got there he did try fixing whatever might have been going on and replaced a part then said that should work and left. IT DID NOT. My husband and I took turns staying awake throughout the night since we had to leave both the window and door open to help circulate the fresh air FROM OUTISDE. Then come check out I asked for further assistance on potentially getting a refund on just the one room and the front desk told me NO!

The rooms were very run down, outdated, and dirty. There were holes in my bathroom door and it didn’t shut properly. The property didn’t feel well kept. The girl work the front desk was very sweet though so that was a plus!
